Grupa była niezadowolona, podłoga w prysznicach brudna, często zagrzybiona; część pryszniców nieczynna, co było dużym utrudnieniem dla 50-osobowej grupy. W niektórych pokojach też było brudno. W ciągu 4 dni pobytu nikt nie opróżnił nam koszy na śmieci, a w pobliżu nie było miejsca do ich opróżniania. Teren wokół hotelu zaniedbany. Śniadanie było niejadalne, osobiście byłem tylko na pierwszym

I have stayed at many Formula 1's but this one takes the cake. Employees yelling all day and particularly all night long. It looks nothing like the pictures. It's in a construction site. Nowhere near public transportation or anywhere to buy anything other than their vending machines which are constantly empty. Do not try their breakfast. I can only imagine what it tastes like. One days they didn't have coffee at a minimum breakfast bar. Employees were smoking marijuana last night when I arrived back from dinner at 9pm. Mold in the bathroom and molding falling off the shower. They literally have no defense considering the number I have stayed at. Makes me want to stay anywhere but an Accor Hotel.

I can hands down say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hotel is extremely cheap so I did not expect much but what we turned up to was horrific. Our first impression in the car park was this is where cars go to die. The car park was littered with cars with Burst tyres, missing tyres and cars that looked like they had been there so long nature was reclaiming them. To add to the car graveyard there were cars which were definitely being slept in outside of the hotel and there appeared to be no effect to deter them. Inside the hotel my family genuinely felt unsafe. The shared toilets and shower facilities which was a surprise were extremely unsanitary. This is not a hotel it's a hostel. The hotel is very cheap and close to the airport but I would avoid like the plague.

We arrived at this hotel and left after about 10 min although we were booked for two nights. The room was dirty and there was urine all over the toilet seats plus showers were dirty. On top of this there were young men hanging out the front of the hotel and also outside our rooms window. I was there with my family and my two young daughters did not feel comfortable and said that they would not go to toilet on their own. This hotel is NOT suitable for a family. I was told I would get a full refund but they have not responded and Booking.com are also a complete rip off as they take no responsibility and not only have I not received a refund they have also charged me £80 to cancel. I will not be using booking.com again. I have stayed in many hostels and this is the worse one yet.

Poor, wouldn’t recommend staying here, dirty bedding - hairs in sheets, no towels despite them being listed as included. Overpriced for the condition of the rooms and facilities. One of the men working on reception was very rude and hostile. I wouldn’t feel safe staying here if travelling alone. There was a power cut. The room was small with a tiny window and there is a vent in the wall that lets freezing cold air into the room so it gets very cold. The duvet provided was far too thin for this, especially with a hole in the wall and it being -6 degrees outside. Disappointing stay, we were only stopping here for a couple of nights as moving house but was the kind of place where just when you think it couldn’t get worse, it did :(
