JFKからのアクセスもグランドセントラル経由で徒歩圏だし、五番街、タイムズスクエアへもすぐなのに、館内は静かで落ち着いた良いホテルでした。

Sofitel NYのスタッフは、いつもながらとても親切でフレンドリーな方々ばかりだと思います。ただ今回は残念なことがありました。それは到着が深夜になることが予想されたため、事前に幾つかの備品（スーツケースラックや電気ポットなど）を用意して欲しい旨、リクエストしておきました。しかしチェックインした部屋には何も配備されていませんでした。私の部下が到着してから同様のリクエストをしたところ、すぐにスタッフが持ってきてくれたとのことでしたので、在庫がなかったということではなく、たぶん最初から私のリクエストは無視されたのだと思います。この冷たい対応にはとても残念な思いがしました。

これまで部屋に用意されていた「リネン類を交換してください」というカードはどこに行ってしまったのでしょうか？今回2部屋利用しましたが、両方に部屋ともに　見つかりませzんでした。もしルール変更がされたのなら、その旨明示して頂きたいと思います。

一番残念なことは、宿泊前二度メールで部屋の希望に関するrequestを送ったにも拘らず、何の返事も無かったこと。このクラスのホテルの対応としては異常な事。
