The Sofitel team was absolutely wonderful for our trip to New York City! The location is perfect, and the hotel, room, and food were fabulous! The concierges were super responsive prior to our trip and helped me plan for my niece's birthday, including coordinating a balloon delivery, then Jose was incredibly helpful during our stay!

Among all the good things at the Sofitel New York—and especially its excellent location—we would like to highlight the kindness of the breakfast service.
