We stayed at the hotel - the bar man Aide alchtiwi was phenomenal and we went to that hotel bar every single night because of him. Friendly, kind and very good with drinks! Would come back to this hotel to see him @sofitalnewyork

The new renovations are stunning, a huge step-up from last year. The entire staff is excellent. We especially appreciated JOSE at the front desk who provided us with concierge-like personal attention to our every need. We will continue to stay -as we have for years-at The Sofitel whenever we stay in NYC!

Sofitel New York offers a great business travel experience. Location is great, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was always a enjoyable experience with Arian making sure you have all what you need. I will come back for sure.

They did a nice job with the reno, and the location is great. The staff is attentive and truly cares.. At the restaurant, Arian and Edmund always make me feel like I’m part of the family here. I look forward to returning.

Coldest weekend of the year and fewer staff than usual due snow dump but absolutely excellent service from attentive staff. Special thanks to Arian.
