Bonjour Mr. P., Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback with us following your stay. We are delighted you enjoyed our location, the room itself, the recent renovation, and our fitness facilities, and we are especially glad Edmondo left such a good impression, we will be sure to pass along your kind words to him directly. We are sorry to hear a prepaid buffet breakfast experience did not materialize as expected, and that the à la carte menu at Social 45 caused confusion around what was included in your package. We have shared this feedback with our restaurant team, as clarity on this point matters, especially for prepaid reservations. We also want to address the missed upgrade request. As a Gold member, we understand the disappointment of not receiving one, especially when compounded by not hearing back from customer care afterward, and we are sorry for that silence. We are glad our reception team was able to correct the billing error and arrange your refund promptly once you brought it to their attention before leaving Manhattan.
