The cleaning of my room was suboptimal during my stay with having to request cleaning been done. No fridge contents cost sheet left and Having to chase up for it. There was a lack of bar staff both Friday and Saturday night and were told no cocktails could be made. Very disappointing in a 4 star hotel. On a positive note, the staff I enteracted with were very professional, helpful and definitely an asset to your business from porters to front reception staff. I would definitely stay with your hotel again.
