街歩きに最高の立地でした。港や繁華街、クリスマスマーケットにも徒歩圏内です。部屋も広く清潔で、朝食メニューも豊富でした。

Excellent and in prime position for the Old Town, Harbour and Shops. All staff very helpful and friendly, especially the reception staff who made our stay very special. Our room was very good and serviced daily, beds very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows - loved the balloon bed side light. Food tasty and varied and lifts(elevators) very quick to arrive. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again if we visit Toulon in the future. Jenny and Tony Blakeston (Date of stay 15th -19th July 2025}

Booked this hotel due to its location and on that front it did not disappoint, very close to the port area with access to plenty of restaurants. Breakfast was good, varied and fresh Room was clean and had most things be needed (more to follow) Breakfast staff and bar staff friendly and helpful Arrived slightly early for check in and room ready However, when we did check in, we were advised after we had paid that the Air Conditioning was not working and would not be fixed during our stay, but this was not an issue as it was not too warm ( I beg to differ). I did ask if there were any fans available and was told this was not a service they offer. Now, for most people it may not have been too warm, but as someone with a medical condition which makes them warm a lot, I struggled and after 2 nights of very little sleep, I asked if the AC would be fixed and was bluntly told 'No' and again on requesting a fan was told 'No'. Now I understand that things break and that repairs can take time, but they had my contact details and it would have been very helpful to have had this information before we arrived as we would in all honest probably have found an alternative as AC is quite an important requirement for me. In addition there was an opportunity to find a solution to the issue, but nobody appeared to want to resolve the situation. So I give the hotel 3 stars and with a very simple action and by resolving an issue, it would have been 5 stars. ** room would benefit from tea/coffee making facilities and a safe.

Great location in the port, where there a plenty of bars and restaurants, parking attached to hotel and about 400m to the ferry. Rooms comfortable with good selection for breakfast. Staff very helpful and polite. Special mention for Aud who helped us overcome an “accident” with our dog in the lobby when we arrived.

A very spacious modernly furnished room. Rooms and hotel are clean. The hotel is located adjacent to the Mayol shopping centre. Breakfast is adequate as per usual French breakfasts though choices are not so abundant as an English breakfast . It is worth to take the family suite as the standard rooms have showers if you wish a bathtub and extra space.
