The hotel included a convenient location near Charleroi airport (20 minutes by car), but it wasn't worth staying for more than one night. The hotel offered private parking at €12.5 per day. The room was clean, but the windows faced the back of the hotel with a poor view. The bathroom had only two shower towels and no face towels. The reception staff was friendly.

Maintaining cleanliness throughout our establishment is a priority for our team. However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bathroom amenities, while we provide bath towels in all rooms according to the ibis standard, hand towels are available upon request at our 24-hour reception. About the room view, our hotel offers different views, with some rooms facing the front of the building rather than the courtyard. Finally, we appreciate your mention of our convenient location near Charleroi airport. Our secure private parking facility is indeed available at €12.50 per night, which allows guests to leave their vehicles safely while traveling. Slightly run-down hotel. Best to get a room at the back. The front is very noisy until late at night due to drunk people shouting. The bench in front of the hotel is apparently used for drug deals. Airconditioning in the room did not work. Breakfast was good, breakfast staff very friendly and helpful.

A good start to the day with a variety of choices, including hot and cold buffet options, is something we pride ourselves on. However, we regret to hear that you experienced discomfort due to the noise you encountered. Our central location does mean that the vibrancy of the city can sometimes be disruptive, and we apologize for any disturbance this caused. We would like to inform you that we offer earplugs at the reception for a more restful sleep. Additionally, we are sorry to learn about the air conditioning issue in your room. While we do have individual controls for air conditioning in each room, we understand that technical issues can arise and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Basic but clean right across from the Airport bus stop close to the train station also.The room doors make a bit of noise when closing.We had a good sleep on both nights,Good value 3 star will definitely stay here again if back in Charleroi.Didn’t have breakfast as there are two sandwich shops in the train station.

The only advantage of this hotel is its location. Otherwise, although smoking is not allowed on the premises we were inhaling cigarettes fume the whole night through our room door. Were the smoke alarm detectors working? I doubt it. We have been to many of Ibis hotels but IBIS Charleroi is dated and the worst! Marlene
