Okay, wouldn’t stay again

We only stayed for two nights and were out most of the day, however the hotel is quite run down. I know it is budget friendly and that is the part of IBIS, but when I say the rooms are basic they are basic! Once thing concerned me and that was the window, the window seems broken so it is unable to open, if there is a fire how do you exit the building if you can’t get through the door? This needs to be looked at urgently as it’s very unsafe. We stayed in room 310. Like I say we weren’t in most of the time, but the hotel does need an upgrade everything felt a bit unclean.

Maintaining cleanliness throughout our establishment is a priority for our team. However, we are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Regarding the bathroom amenities, while we provide bath towels in all rooms according to the ibis standard, hand towels are available upon request at our 24-hour reception. About the room view, our hotel offers different views, with some rooms facing the front of the building rather than the courtyard. Finally, we appreciate your mention of our convenient location near Charleroi airport. Our secure private parking facility is indeed available at €12.50 per night, which allows guests to leave their vehicles safely while traveling. A good start to the day with a variety of choices, including hot and cold buffet options, is something we pride ourselves on.
