Excellent service from Mr Phuc, Bell Captain with his warm smiles and friendly greeting, Ms Anne Duong, deputy mgr, Ms Buu Ma, Joyce, Linh, Anna Uyen, Van Anh (pool), Thu, Mint, Kien, Duy Anh at the club, James and Dung at gym. Thank you and keep smiling.

Stayed at the Sofitel for leisure and work. It is in District 1 of HCMC, so it is centrally located and quick walking access to everything. With the double glazed windows you don’t hear the ground noise, or outside noise. The heavy room doors mean you don’t hear the corridor traffic of the lift noise. Level 18 is the business lounge. Level 18 is access to the rooftop pool and bar Level 3 is gym. My luggage didn’t make it with me on my first night. The team followed up with the airport staff and told me when the two items where arriving. They arrived separately. I left a bag set outside when I was leaving. They found them and posted them to me. All lifts work. The carpet is lush and thick with lotus flower designs. The room bar fridge is full. The safe works. Express laundry. The Business Lounge was okay. I’ve experienced better however this is lovely too. Highly recommend the Sofitel.

We, a family of 6 stayed for a week from the 18 to the 25th Feb 2023. Every thing about our stay was fabulous. the rooms, the buffet breakfast, the Quan 17 restaurant, the swimming pool and particularly the pool staff (Lam, Thong and Van Anh) took care of us wonderfully. A fantastic place which we will never forget. If you get a chance stay there.

We chose a club room and were most pleased. It was quiet and very comfortable, close to the rooftop pool and the club lounge. The lounge even laid on a light supper with wine as part of the package. Breakfast can be had in the main restaurant or in the lounge, the former is the best I've ever encountered.
