Dear Fabbb Thank you for taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent stay at the Mercure Queenstown Resort. It was a pleasure to have you stay with us. We love to surprise and delight our guests. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive any amenity, our team may have not been aware that you were celebrating a special occasion during your stay with us. In regards to your comments of the bedding configuration, our rooms either come with 1 king size bed or 2 queen size beds, the room category that you booked was for the two queen size beds. Central Queenstown is located a 20 minute walk or a short drive from the hotel I am sorry to hear that you found the location of the hotel inconvenient.
