Das Hotel ist abgenutzt, ungepflegt und es mangelt an Reinigung. Der Service ist Ok, das Personal freundlich, aber nicht besonders motiviert. In diesem Hotel fehlt ein Manager, welcher das Auge für die Details hat und das Personal in die Gänge bringt.
