The hotel is old and needs an urgent renovation especially for a 4 star hotel. the price compared with the quality is excessive ! The staff is sympathic and helpful. My experience was not Ok. The first night, at midnight, a horrible and very strong notice started during 30 minutes… could not sleep anymore :(

Na miejscu wszytko było ok. Jak wróciłam do kraju i kontaktowałam się z obsługą hotelu w sprawie FVAT to stałe udawali, że maila nie dostali. Wiadomość została wysłana w odpowiedzi na otrzymaną korespondencję, więc adres był poprawny. Kompletnie nie byli zainteresowani pomocą. Jak trzeba jakiekolwiek formalności załatwić to tylko na miejscu.

Very Nice Hotel but TERRIBLE Shower Connection.

Hotel is very far west of Paris & end the end of the Metro line. There is no way to figure out the shower system in the bathroom! Worst thing ever !!! If you have to phone the front desk to get instructions theres's something wrong. I managed to increase the heat and override it, but the shower? It was on for a second & I'd turned it off, never to get it going again. If you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out I'd never go there again.

The restaurant manager is VERY rude and so slow! He also wouldn’t lend wine glass to take to the room , and was difficult to give knives and forks to eat food / this is provided in the rooms. Staying the the hotel as a big production this is very upsetting!
