Hello, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we would like to clarify a few points regarding your comments. During your stay, housekeeping service could not be provided when access to your room was not possible, particularly when the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed. We naturally respect our guests’ wish not to be disturbed. The €100 charged upon departure was not a fine for a room that had simply not been cleaned during the stay. It was an exceptional cleaning fee due to the condition in which the room was left upon departure. A significant amount of rubbish, as well as numerous spills and stains on the carpet, were found in the room. Restoring the room required two members of our Housekeeping team as well as a deep cleaning of the carpet, which went well beyond our standard cleaning procedure between guests. The condition of the room was documented with photographs, which were also shared with you. We regret that this situation affected your overall impression of your stay; however, given the exceptional cleaning required, we stand by the additional charge applied. After investigating, we found that your pajamas had accidentally been mixed with the bed linens during housekeeping. We have since located your belongings.
