Cold room, rubbish food and really bad service. Nothing more to day. Would neber stay there again. And hope our tour company neber choose them again.

The Room was spacious & clean. Staff was very helpful to guide about everything. There is some parking right opposite to the reception of the hotel, this belongs to hotel, however there is plenty of free (public) parking very next to the building. This hotel is located in a quite town, near German Border. There is seating available with tables etc infront of hotel entrance. Nice place to sit and chit chat in summers preferably.

Recently stayed overnight on a coach trip with Angela Holidays 21 December and again return. Was very tired the first night had been travelling since 3.30. Was really greatful for the water in the fridge and ample supply of towels. Dinner was awful a dried out piece of chicken and 9 chips, the other table had omelette ran out of chicken, the service was terrible Our return overnight stay was worse, no coffee pods a fellow traveller was told by the shouty manager that they were 1 euro each if she wanted them and the rooms were very cold. No water in the fridge this time was told not in ‘our package’ we bought a bottle instead. The food was no better than the first we stayed silent. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They also need to do a health and safety check as the plug sockets were hanging off the skirting. Do not stay here you have been warned!!

Love this hotel, have been using it for years and hope to return for many years to come. Rooms are always clean and well appointed. Staff are amazing and food is always excellent. Plenty of parking and easy access to the motorway, perfect for a business stay or an overnight on route to Germany/Austria

Served raw chicken. Poor quality rooms, poor value for money

Served RAW chicken, left me feeling sick and unable to eat, when mentioned to staff about contamination they were reluctant to change cutlery, no smoke Allan in room and beds are extremely uncomfortable.
