Very unprofessional, colleges room not made up on arrival at 1730 in the afternoon. Front desk needs to listen to the client and pay attention to what they are doing, I was billed twice while standing there and then 7 days later I have not had the sum of $2,362.62 returned to my account, this is disgraceful, quick to take it very reluctant to return it.

As such, rates across all hotels in town can fluctuate significantly in line with demand and availability, which is consistent across the region. We acknowledge your arrival experience did not meet expectations, and we have reinforced procedures with the team to ensure better attention to detail, particularly for multi-room bookings.
