Staff were really good, professional. The bathrooms run down. The restaurant air conditioning was not working problem. Meals were large but had a cockroach climb out of my salad. The gardens were very dry and looked unloved. Were going to stay there again but we cancelled our booking for 11 Jan. Have booked at Ibis Port Hedland so hoping this will be a better stay as we are about to Check into ACCOR Kuta Heritage on 6 Jan for 5 nights.
