Bathroom drain had choked. It was attended but became worse and caused great inconvenience.

The Ibis crew were exceptional for our company’s two week stay. The food was good, the beer was cold and the rooms were clean. We will certainly be using their facilities again.

Woken at 1am by another heavily intoxicated guest at 1am who continued to scream and attempt to kick down his room door. Continued for over an hour and I called the police. The next day when this was raised with staff they said that he was just knocking on the door and that they said they told him off. I think he should of been asked to leave and was shocked there was no security on site when he was being so aggressive.
