Rooms are clean. No pool towel - disappointing No drinks in glass by the pool and we purchased from the bar - can I suggest you have plastic for the pool area? Food was good. Parking good. Renovations not great.... loud and start early in the morning. Even on Easter Sunday 7.00am. We where given white towels in our bathroom - they are stained orange from the red dirt but they look dirty. Laundry was great to use and easy access. All in all good trip just some things a little disappointing.

General cleanliness of the room and bathroom was OK. The room was freezing, air con remote did not seem to work properly and no proper blanket (just two sheets, basically). Location to the city centre is good and service was fine.

good location, friendly staff, condition of room well below expectations if you like broken fittings, peeling paint, stained barely functioning toilet, cockroaches on ceilings, free wifi but not in your room and a $260 per night price tag then this is the place for you.... never again

Cockroaches in the bathroom, Garbage in the bin when arriving to the room and water leak from the toilet which must have been obvious by room cleaners. Generally, run down hotel - in and outside.

When I went to put my bags in my room before I took off to do my business there were contractors using my room as a source of power so I didn’t want to leave my gear in there while that was happening so I put my bags back in my car and went and did my business till I returned at 3:30pm and the power cord was still there. I got the attention of one of the contractors and asked if I could remove the lead and he said yes they were finished with it for the day. Then I had to put up with jack hammering for about another hr. Then I went to take a shower and no hot water! Both taps turned on snd no matter how long it ran for it didn’t get over like warm. Then next morning was a public holiday so I went and had breakfast at 6am as I was told kitchen opens to be turned away and told it was 7 am due to public holiday only to return to my room and jack hammer to start again at 7am. Why put people in rooms so close to renovating

Room and hotel needs some serious maintenance. Door hinges were falling off door jam. Need to lift door to actually close it. Morning noise with also banging fom upper level. Had coffee / tea facilities but no spoons. Bed was comfortable and central

Wasn’t that impressed. The room was filthy, not dusted for ages, food still left In The fridge and the fridge was leaking. Freezer wasn’t working, toilet stank of wee and could see that when moped the wee was just pushed into the corner, remote controls wasn’t working and one didn’t even have batteries in. Rooms were just falling to bits, paint hanging off walls, parts of walls missing paint, plaster over electrical ends, alarm clock not working. Lemonade was off in the bar and staff didn’t even know how to make certain drinks Cancelled our return trip on the 31st Dec and still waiting for the money to hit our account. Was not worth the money they were charging and some compensation back would be lovely.
