Dear MR H., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the room lovely. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, including the unpleasant smell in the room and the noise caused by a person outside. We understand how disruptive this must have been and encourage all incidents be reported to our afterhours service for immediate action. The new security gates will be adjusted to reduce the noise, and we hope these add an extra level of comfort and security for our genuine guests going forward.
