The staff were very nice and accommodating and the room was as expected. The facilities were all modern, clean and well maintained. The only let down was the night kitchen staff. The first night my medium rare steak came out well done and cold after 40 minutes of waiting and the second night my parmi was given to someone else and I was forgotten about until I went to the counter an hour after ordering. On a plus, the breakfast was great! I will stay again but might have dinner elsewhere.

For the price expected more. Bathroom had black mould, shower head leaking between hose and head, toilet roll holder loose, only 3 flannels supplied when 3 of us in the room. No duvet on the single bed and the cloth bits from the mop on the floor from where it was mopped and fallen off. Ordered some dessert via room service and the menu said vanilla, strawberry and choc trio of ice cream and received banana, strawberry and chocolate. They did not advise at time of order change in flavor. Also very noisy with children in pool and early in the morning ao could of put us in another part away from that. Overall given the price of 1 night stay expected more.

Checked in later in the evening, check in was relatively seamless, the restaurant was relatively quiet and food was ordered, however it took around 30 minutes to arrive which seemed unusual given the quite restaurant. TV within the room didn't work properly. At breakfast, there was minimal food stocked, most of the drink containers were empty. Unfortunately, you can get the same standards elsewhere and not pay $500....

Check-In experience was good, we arrived late in the evening due to operational reasons. Unfortunately, Noise from housekeeping disturbed multiple members of our group the next day. My room did not have a "do not disturb" sign.

Warm welcome and located in the heart of town. When it came to value for money (over$700 for the night) it was disappointing with what you actually got for your money. The room was basic, the door to the room was damaged, hard to open and the cover on the electronic locking mechanism was missing. The evening meal was cooked well however when served it wasn't hot, not even warm. The two staff members (reception and waitress) I had dealings with, were extremely helpful. The takeaway lunch I was advised came with broccoli and when I opened it, there was only pasta and sauce.

Room really clean and staff could not do anymore to make my stay any better. The only negatives were disruptive neighbours as the walls of the room were so thin, and food and drinks prices were expensive.
