The refund timeframe you’ve mentioned is in line with standard banking processing periods once a reversal has been completed; however, we understand this can still be inconvenient. Regarding pricing, Karratha operates within a high-demand regional market, particularly driven by corporate and project-based travel. As such, rates across all hotels in town can fluctuate significantly in line with demand and availability, which is consistent across the region.
