I asked if I could check in early as my flight was before check in. The replied yes promptly. I arrived and the lovely lady found me a room, she said mine wasn't ready, then should found one which was. Room was perfect. Double with shower, tv and kettle. I had a toilet issue was fixed when I returned that evening. Asked for more milk, no problem. Very safe and kind. Would stay again. Highly recommend. Food looked and smelled delicious. Available 24/7.

Everything was spot on with my stay. Good location nestled between Gatwick and Crawley with a large shopping park opposite for anything you need. Friendly staff and nice bar area. Neat and tidy room, good wifi, good amenities and good price. Overall can only reccomend.

Security deposit not refunded

I stayed in October and paid an £80 security deposit at check-in. I checked out the next day as normal. However, this amount was not refunded and was charged to my card.

Booked as part of a parking package. Despite the sat nav taking us on a tour of the airport, found this hotel and parked easily. Modern, clean, well equipped room, super friendly & helpful staff, fabulous restaurant where the food was fresh, hot & quick. Minutes from Gatwick and definitely better value than any hotel I’ve stayed on at the actual airport.

The Ibis Styles Gatwick as a budget hotel punches well above its weight Fairly in some reviews people comment on small rooms with no storage space, but I doubt many guests stay more than 1 night due to the convenience of its position next to Gatwick airport. We arrived mid afternoon and were quickly checked in, although there was a brief panic when it was thought there were no twin rooms available as booked!! The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, throughout our time there. Our room was on the 6th floor but the clear instructions got us to our room quickly. The rooms are small, but spotlessly clean with facilities to make hot drinks, a great shower and very large television. We had half board which we booked through booking, but only because this option didn’t show on the Accor loyalty app ( well I couldn’t find it anyway) The evening meal was from a varied menu with 2 courses included and a drink. The food was excellent, and bar and kitchen staff were great, many of them were dressed up for Halloween, and they genuinely seemed happy that we were happy. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future.
