As the only accor hotel in Khon Kaen, we always stay here. The bell boys are always very friendly. The front desk staff can be distant and really don't seem to care. The private check in area for higher tier guests has it's doors open but hasn't had anyone in there for a couple of years. The decor is very dated. Plumbing needs serious work done. Some fittings are broken. Lots of work needed. (I noted that one whole floor was closed for refurbishment, so I'll be interested to see the results next visit!). Breakfast isn't up to scratch. I ordered a plate of fried rice in the bar in the evening. A dry and unpalatable splodge appeared some 40 minutes later. Next time I'll walk to 7-11 for a toasted sandwich! On the plus side, the quiet, jazzy live music makes sitting in the bar a real pleasure. The hotel is in the middle of the bars and can be noisy - especially at weekends. Earplugs advised.

So i came with my parents and i wanted to shoutout Kanohporb (Nampueng) for going above and beyond. My dad left his money in the safe when we checked out and forgot to grab his money. She stayed overtime passed her shift to help us while we drove back from Bangkok to Pullnam. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

Well, ice buckets that don’t fit in the bar fridge No towels left in the bathroom except a floor mat after first night. Booking for room not in their system. Staff that are novices and basically there are better hotels in Khon Kaen that are supposed 5 Star way better than this because my lawyer lives here in Khon Kaen. Come here at your Peril Fright Centre Australia of course made the booking. They have their own across the board reviews that reach as far as two stars.

The Executive suite room was large and nice with 1 full bath room and 1 half with only toilet and a sink. We registered for 3 people and satisfied with the room conditions. Extra bed for the 3rd person was nicely provided. However, they gave only 3 bottles of free drinking water. Mini bar came with surcharge for drink and all. This is different from other AccorPlus hotel, we experienced in Thailand, where they usually pampered us with complimentary drinks for the Platinum member room. Check in reception was bad. No recognition of the Platinum status. Request for 1 more bottle of water was declined.

What a disappointment! I stayed at the Pullman in Bangkok, so I opted to stay here again. What a drastic difference. The place is old for the price they charge but that is not the worst part. The room had a musty odor, so did the hallways, some stronger than others, like on the way to the pool or off the elevator on the 18th floor. You know you're in an old hotel when there is a DVD player is in your room.The mattress was sunk in from sleeping on it and I'm an average built. The pillows were the same. The bathroom shower had fungus and the air vent was filthy. The sad part is they bill it as a luxury hotel but it does not add up. The Breakfast buffet was standard but not equivalent to a higher level hotel brand. Aside from the omelette station, everything else was basic, the orange juice was powdered, the bacon was of low quality, the food was dry, not rotated, for a few dollars more the Ad lib hotel make this place look likes a highway hotel. My only saving grace was this was a one nighter. Thank Goodness!
