Well, ice buckets that don’t fit in the bar fridge No towels left in the bathroom except a floor mat after first night. Booking for room not in their system. Staff that are novices and basically there are better hotels in Khon Kaen that are supposed 5 Star way better than this because my lawyer lives here in Khon Kaen. Come here at your Peril Fright Centre Australia of course made the booking. They have their own across the board reviews that reach as far as two stars.

The Executive suite room was large and nice with 1 full bath room and 1 half with only toilet and a sink. We registered for 3 people and satisfied with the room conditions. Extra bed for the 3rd person was nicely provided. However, they gave only 3 bottles of free drinking water. Mini bar came with surcharge for drink and all. This is different from other AccorPlus hotel, we experienced in Thailand, where they usually pampered us with complimentary drinks for the Platinum member room. Check in reception was bad. No recognition of the Platinum status. Request for 1 more bottle of water was declined.

What a disappointment! I stayed at the Pullman in Bangkok, so I opted to stay here again. What a drastic difference. The place is old for the price they charge but that is not the worst part. The room had a musty odor, so did the hallways, some stronger than others, like on the way to the pool or off the elevator on the 18th floor. You know you're in an old hotel when there is a DVD player is in your room.The mattress was sunk in from sleeping on it and I'm an average built. The pillows were the same. The bathroom shower had fungus and the air vent was filthy. The sad part is they bill it as a luxury hotel but it does not add up. The Breakfast buffet was standard but not equivalent to a higher level hotel brand. Aside from the omelette station, everything else was basic, the orange juice was powdered, the bacon was of low quality, the food was dry, not rotated, for a few dollars more the Ad lib hotel make this place look likes a highway hotel. My only saving grace was this was a one nighter. Thank Goodness!

Centrally located, large rooms

I stayed in an executive 1 bedroom suite. It is a huge room with plenty of storage. The furniture is a little dated with some stains but all works. The bed is comfortable and firm. The location is a little strange - several bars with old foreigners waiting for Thai girls; wouldn’t recommend walking kids nearby. On Friday and Saturday nights, one of the bars outside plays super loud music which you can hear the subwoofer bass in your room…starting at 10 pm to about 2 am. I really wish I had known about this and requested a room not facing the front of the hotel so I could get a quiet night’s sleep. It really ruins what should be a 5 star experience. Just a few blocks away are some more normal/non-creepy places to hang out. There is also a laundromat and 7-11 nearby. The morning buffet is quite good - noodle bar and omelette bar as well as a good variety of hot foots (Thai and Western). The coffee is also very good. The lobby is large and airy - carpet is a stained and furniture is old, but the workers are all very nice. Gym is huge - older equipment but 2 gigantic rooms with tons of options.

Great Hotel, old but perfect Service. Room very clean,big and quiet Exzellent Breakfast, Check in at 11.30 no Problem at all . Cocktail Bar and Live Music at night , perfect Bathroom very good , Carpark, Swimmingpool already older but ok clean
