Sir, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. Although we would have preferred that your experience had been more pleasant. After verification, you have been upgraded during your 3 stays, and apparently a bug from your bank is the cause of the double billing. Dear Sir, Further to your message, thank you to taking time to tell us about your stay in our hotel. The 4 stars touch you cherch is the service, and with the Covid, we are not allowed to let anything in the room, it's very difficult and we are sorry for that.
