Mouldy rooms

Warning🛑🚨.I booked this hotel in March,I visited from UK,The rooms were mouldy, the mould on the wall and cieling, I cancelled it on the spot and booked another place.unfortunatly I boollked it on hotel website and paid cash, the staff told me I will get refund in 2 months and I am still waiting for refund I emailed them 100s time,no response and no refund.Even I sent them the pictures.The lifts were broken and very unsafe.the lfts doors closed on me while I was entring to the lift,I nearly hit by doors,its was very fast and the closes with collision sound.the staff were polite,they ask for the payment first and then showed me the rooms after.it was my bad luck I did not book it through thrid party website.I cant do any thing to refund my money.I will recommend not to book this hotel or if have done it,refund it or if are on your way do not pay cash to the hotel staff,check the rooms first.there are some nice places and hotels around there.I hope this message save some ones money and health,have nice and smoother holidays.

guys stay away from this hotel.there was big mold in hotel rooms,I had to cancel it and booked another place.I paid cash and not refunded since then.My big mistake,I did not book it through Booking.com.I booked it through All.com and still waiting for refund.

As we got out of the car in the car park here, we were greeted by a beggar asking for money. The car park was full of children playing, vans and all around “strange” things which put us on edge. This wasn’t a good first impression! We were desperately watching the car on the CCTV at check in. The receptionists we encountered were lovely and spoke good English. The room however was clean and a family room provided a good amount of space. The hotel doesn’t have fans or air conditioning. We were fortunate enough to have good weather in Paris but it made the room like sleeping in an oven! To be honest for a budget chain, the hotel was “OK” for an overnight stop off but the area was absolutely horrific. To be truthful, I have never been so frightened. We walked through an area to get to the metro station and it was absolutely terrifying. We were told to wait for a bus and I was so scared we drove in to central Paris and visited the Eiffel Tower which was about 45 mins in the car. My husband left his watch behind and did get it back when he returned to collect it which was great and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I don’t think there is much IBIS could do with the hotel in itself but I would avoid the area at all costs in future.

Stopped here for 1 night to break up the journey Basic hotel you get what you pay for rooms were just about acceptable, clean bathroom adequate. Breakfast was ok nothing outstanding for i think €13 each. Ample free parking

It all started at the check in, around 1h00am. I had 2 rooms reserved and they said I had 3. ?? Error system? Ok, but the recepcionist (named Isaak) didn't know how to explain or take care of the situation, just gave us their internal reservation number (not even the Booking.com number) and told us we were already charged as a guarantee. The staff didn't know how to speak English so of course it wasn't easy to deal with this. Totally unacceptable. As we arrived late, all we wanted was to have the keys so we could rest. It just got worst than ever. Around 2h00am a couple got in my room. How could this happen? Basically the receptionist gave to this young couple a key to my room as it wasn't occupied. I was so tired I didn't go immediately downstairs, I decided I would go in the morning and just felt asleep. The next morning I spoke with another young lady, who told me that she didn't know how it happened and said she was sorry for this and also confirmed that the 3rd room was an error from their system. Nothing more, she was just sorry. Ok then. Look, I stayed in many hotels, from 5 to 2 stars (including others Ibis) around the whole world and the staff from this hotel weren't even wearing a uniform or speak english. This was all very strange, awkward and unacceptable - I would never stay here again - and there are a lot of details to improve.
