Felicia saved our night when we arrived late after trouble with our rental car. She got the cheff to make us the best sandwiches ever. Served with some cold beer from the bar it was exellent. The hotel has a good atmosphere and the Staff are great.

Had a long stay about >2wks. Good courteous staff, helped out with all necessities. Clean rooms with all needed amenities. Full time bar/restaurant. Good breakfast and starts from quite early, Its well managed by Breakfast team who attends tirelessly and efficiently. Front desk helped with all sightseeing and suggested on best mobility options.

Mrs Felicia, the best bartender on this planet, deserves a raise, service was super nice. Guys at the reception also, super welcoming and awesome. Happy hour is the best hour, wish it were longer though:) Breakfast is always on point, even though its repetitve.

I did expect more. Maybe because I want a good time and one week out of my normal life. But I did come at the start of Eastern weekend and nothing or less was organised for the quests. Yes eggs on the reception. But for the love of God. Guests comes first and you organise something to welcome them especially if they come to see eastern in Romania. I expected to see eastern eggs in every room. A simpel egg dish only on the menu in the bar in the special periode of the year. I expected in the room a book or folder in my language and my language only. I am displeased that I did find this info on my third day after the eastern weekend. The plus side was that pullman staff was very honest what is possible or not possible. They did understand I was down to earth and did speak with me down to earth. Everyone in the lobby was activily greeting guests. A call you take in the backoffice not in the frontoffice. Before I booked I could not find some of the basic info online. At the moment I did book I wished I had a person number or so, where I could ask questions what to bring or not. For example the dress code in the Sauna. In the fitness. Plus the staff did ask me to review during the stay and not after the stay. As a couple the room did feel small, but my solo period the room did feel empty. As a mixed couple we did feel very welcome. They did understand we did have other travel plans and did not come at the same time. As a Solo I did like the airco a lot. But as couple we did not like the fact that the windows could not be opened. And the air was too dry. As couple we did think the mini bar too small and limited. As a Solo it was big enough. In short I did look like I did pay for a couple room, but did get a solo room, because I did check in as a Solo. The bathroom was or is big. It is a 8 out of 10. There are some things missing. The wardrobe was old and the doors did not work as they should do. The minibar was a buildin version. That is nice for looking, but if done wrong and believe me it is done wrong, it can be a pain in the ass and the airflow was wrong. The hot air from the back side did come out at the front side so it was blowing in the minibar at the moment the door was opened. Because of the two little things that could be solved easily my review is a 6 out of 10. If this how Pullman headoffice thinks of support to the local hotels then I will not book a Pullman again. One last point advise and to be aware of. The electrical wall boxes are very close to the floor and not next to the bed or table. They are under the bed and tables. So if you really need those for work or so, Then pack two extension boxes. Or borrow one at the reception. Those tricky should be a light switch level.

A pleasant stay after a difficult day.

A decent hotel covering almost every need a traveller will need. The rooms are old-fashioned but spacious and clean. There are a couple of options to eat and drink by having a bar and a restaurant. Normal prices and good quality food in a well decorated environment. But as with all positive experiences, the main advantage of this hotel is its employees . Especially Felicia at the bar with her positive energy and behaviour can help to finish a difficult day the best way. Kudos to her and the rest of the employees working there.
