Leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel und braucht dringend eine Sanierung.

Hotel gut gelegen. Die Zimmer in due Jahre gekommen und leider keine Möglichkeit, die Fenster aufzumachen.

We regret to learn that the room design did not fully meet your expectations. Due to the architectural structure of our building, the windows are not designed to open. However, please be assured that our ventilation and air circulation system is continuously in operation, recycling and refreshing the air in order to provide our guests with a clean and comfortable environment at all times. The system is regularly maintained to ensure optimal performance and to guarantee the highest possible standards of air quality. I always enjoy my stays at your hotel. The staff are professional, very friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests – I truly appreciate this excellent service and am very satisfied overall. I would, however, like to mention one small point for improvement: the air fresheners in the corridor spray quite a strong fragrance, which I personally find overwhelming and not very comfortable. Perhaps it would be possible to reduce the intensity or consider limiting the use of these fragrances. Thank you very much for your attention – I look forward to my next stay.
