This hotel is no go at all don’t waste your money . The management ripped me off with my reservations, I was not able to travel the date of reservations bc airline canceled a trip and I canceled the hotel within one hour after booking with Expedia and they refused to give a refund however I decided to travel a day after and they canceled my reservations andirons me no booking and no refund ???? They are thief’s and not Trusted people and lack of ethics . I spoke with the manager but he was not helpful at all. What a shame to have Accor name and have this manger in such a hotel … shame only

Pokoje w hotelu wgodne, chć brak miejsca do pracy w pokoju premium, daje się we znaki. Niestety hotel jest zupełnie nie przygotowany do dużego obłożenia goścmi. Tylko 2 windy na 9 pięter, mała restarucja, owodują, żę czeka się w momencie obłozenia dużą ilością gości na wolny stolik. Personel w restaurcji wieczorem - nie mówi prawie nic po angielsku, poza jedną osobą na sali. Zdecydowanie najlepsze punkty hotelu to reepcja i ratownik na basenie - zawsze pomocni i uśmiechnięci.

A great family friendly hotel! Staff were very helpful and thoughtful - I was travelling on my own to visit family with a small child and they very kindly upgraded me (without me asking as I would just expect the room I paid for). The room was very clean, and the daily service of the room was excellent too. Breakfast did get a bit crowded on a couple of days but they opened another section the following day to cater to the extra numbers. Pool was great, lovely and clean and nice big towels provided. A really great spot for staying close to the city with a small child who can only manage 1/2 day adventures. My daughter and I LOVED this hotel and thought it was great value!

We stayed/still stay by the time of this review, in August 2023. Experience has been terrible at best, they only got poor because they have been lifted by the quality of the reception staff and breakfast team. Other than that they would have been less then terrible. Rooms: we got a room at second floor, at the end of the corridor. The carpet was supposed to be brown, it is slowly turning into black, definitely not clean. Room antique, maybe in 1980ies would have been ok but in 2023 it is not. We even found a very dirty towel, which I have attached a picture. Bathroom has a very old and stained linoleum. Noise: the windows are not insulated and the noise keeps on getting in through the night, scooters, trains and even drunk people. Staff looks very friendly and they do speak English and Italian, very limited in French though. Parking : please be AWARE, parking is 8 euro a night, but they have been cases when they have been breaking cars. If something like that happens you are told that the cameras are not working.

The rooms are substandard, not 4 star. Stains on the carpets, the bathroom fittings are botched together. The rooms haven’t been updated in probably 30 years! For €171 a night for a family room it is a rip off. Air con, whilst blows air out does not cool the room. We told the hotel and they moved us rooms but the air conditioning was no different in the second room. The location is terrible for the town centre, no amenities close by. All the restaurants close at 2 until 7, so not good if you have travelled and arrive hungry! Restaurant in the hotel is very expensive.
