Amazing historic hotel with the most incredible gardens. The staff were very kind and attentive and made sure we were well looked after, even offering us a courtesy room on arrival as we hadn’t slept. The pool was a special treat too. Highly recommend!

I went their once for celebrating my birthday and took a lot of pictures and had a so much fun.. I came back to stay as the hotel has a great spirit and full of history. The lobby has lovely colorful flowers and antciques. The service has exceeded my expectations.

The ambiance of the Victorian Lounge is impressive we had coffee and spend a quiet time there, the service from the Royal bar is so good. The garden is so beautiful and the room is pretty clean. Thank you Esraa Ali. We would like to come back and we highly recommend it

The pool is very nice, we are having very good time and we had good drinks , the room is tidy and clean and the reception they are so helpful. The garden is absolutely incredibly beautiful . The enjoyed the afternoon is amazing by the garden terrace.

Beautiful experience at the palace. We had an amazing room with a garden view. Lovely afternoons by the pool and delicious meals in the evening. Recommend to everyone to stay. And looking forward to coming back again. We even had a complementary birthday cake
