Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions following your stay with us. We are, of course, sorry to learn that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We would, however, like to clarify a few points. While our hotel does indeed welcome guests from the nearby INSEAD Business School due to its proximity to the campus, this represents only a part of our clientele. We are proud to host visitors from all over the world — families, leisure travelers, and professionals alike — who choose our establishment for its calm setting and welcoming atmosphere. Regarding the television channels, we understand your feedback and are pleased to share that we will soon be equipping all our TVs with Chromecast devices. This will allow our international guests to enjoy a wider and more personalized selection of programs in their preferred language. As for our restaurant, it is led by a Chef who holds the title of Maître Restaurateur, a French certification recognizing the use of fresh, seasonal products and homemade cuisine. We receive many very positive comments about the quality and authenticity of our dishes, which we are proud to serve daily. We sincerely appreciate your detailed feedback, as it helps us continue to improve both our services and facilities.
