Dear Sir, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding your request for an upgrade, unfortunately, all of our privilege rooms were already booked during your stay. However, as a valued Accor Diamond member, we ensured that your room was prepared with additional touches to make your stay more comfortable, including a bathrobe, slippers, and beverages, in recognition of your loyalty. We also take your comments about the welcome drink seriously. We strive to provide equal service to all guests, regardless of nationality, and I would like to clarify that the staff always aims to serve all guests with courtesy and professionalism. We regret any impression that may have been created, as this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. We also apologize for the issues you faced with the room. We understand how frustrating it can be when the lighting and charging options are not functioning properly. We have noted your comments regarding the lack of water in the room. The complimentary bottle of water is indeed part of our standard services and is provided on the first night of your stay. We apologize for not informing you that there is also a free water fountain available in the area for our guests, and we will make sure to communicate this information more clearly in the future.
