While I am pleased to read that you appreciated our convenient location and the warm welcome provided by our reception team, I am sincerely sorry to learn that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. Please accept our apologies regarding the cleanliness of your room. The level of housekeeping service you describe is clearly not in line with 4 star hotel standards, and I fully understand your disappointment. Your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team and management so that immediate corrective actions can be taken to prevent such situations from occurring again. I would also like to mention that our guest rooms were fully renovated at the beginning of this year. The new design was created to offer a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, inspired by the soft colours and peaceful ambiance of dawn over the Loire River. I am therefore particularly sorry that your experience did not reflect the quality and comfort we strive to provide.
