ゴールドクラスメンバーの説明が一切なく、その待遇も何一つなかった。ベッドは快適だが、今回はそれだけだった。

5 nights/6 days stay for business and leisure and I can recommend this hotel for its convenient location

Loved: Spacious room. Separate bathroom and toilet, which is so rear in other hotels. Super close to the train station and RER A gets you to the center of Paris in 20-30 minutes (depends on if you take off on Charles de Gaulle-Étoile or Auber station). With hotel restaurant not working on weekends, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, on the direction to Seine. Great choice of bread at breakfast, and breakfast itself rather various and delicious. Nice lunch at the restaurant. Did not like: Keycard stopped working every time when I left the room and it was replaced on the 4 day of my 6 day stay after specifically asking for it. Lack of veggies at the breakfast, only some cherry tomatoes and radish. IMHO with some luck anyone can enter the hotel. Rather noisy (street noises), but not very disturbing.

Courteous front desk staff , good spread for daily breakfast and well taken care of . Extra fan provided on request and large baggage’s were stored when we travelled from Paris to Provence for two days . Thank you

何度か宿泊しているが、今回がいちばん満足した。プレミア会員として部屋のアップグレード（バスローブ・スリッパ、冷蔵庫のドリンク3種類、シリアルバーの提供）があった。ウェルカムドリンクはアプリからと言われて、アプリを使うのが面倒で、受け取らなかった。 部屋の温度調整が聞かず、寒かった。寝間着を厚着して凌いだ。年末は気温が下がっていたので、バスタブがあればと願ったが、仕方ない。電気ケトルやネスプレッソが備えてあり、いつでもコーヒーが飲めるのは高評価だ。

Excellent stay in August 2024 for the Olympics

We had an excellent stay at the Novotel Paris Rueil Malmaison during the Olympics. I had booked a year in advance and when we arrived we were pleased to hear they had upgraded our room. We had a two room suite which worked great for our family of 4 (two children ages 10 and 13). Even though there was no air conditioning and Paris was hot (80's to low 90's while we were there), it was not a problem. A fan was provided but we didn't even need it. The breakfast was also excellent. The staff was wonderful, all spoke English and answered any questions we had. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the train, which connects easily with the metro - you are in the heart of Paris in less than a half hour. We would definitely stay here again.
