We sincerely regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Our team is always available to assist with luggage transport between the car park and hotel entrance. The entertainment options and dining arrangements in our rooms are currently being reviewed as part of our upcoming refurbishment programme. Our temperature-controlled swimming facility maintains a consistent 27.5 degrees Celsius throughout the year for guest comfort.
