This is a good hotel, not far from the Hauptbahnhof and trams and on the pedestrianised streets leading to the Altstadt. Comfortable standard Ibis rooms. Friendly reception and housekeeping staff. Bar staff less so, finding it unreasonable to be asked for glasses of ice. This is a standard service offered in every other Accor hotel we've stayed in, including this one on previous visits.

This is a large hotel, effectively two hotels with one reception. I might have given a higher score if I had not had to queue for 20 minutes to check in, if I had been allocated the double room that I booked, rather than two single beds, and if there had not been a previous guest's interdental toothbrush on the carpet by my bed for the whole stay. Nearly everything else was fine. Wanting a shower head above chin height might just be me being picky.

I highly recommend this hotel. Always great rooms, breakfast, staff and customer service. On my recent trip I accidentally left behind my own towel. I messaged them and asked if they could save it for me until I returned for my stay four weeks later. They did! When I checked in, the front desk person gave it to me.

Decent enough hotel in the commercial center of Dresden, close to the railway and coach station. Plenty of shops nearby although most bars are over the river so if you are looking for nightlife you are better off stopping on the north of the city. Rooms are very small, very basic and not particularly modern but serve a purpose. Staff were excellent.

Well located for railway station

Stayed here for 3 nights. Great location for the railway station but in a concrete area with modern shops. Good 15 minute walk to the older part of Dresden which is stunning. Hotel room was clean but only one pillow each and only 1 towel each. Bathroom very compact but a good hot shower. Breakfast was well stocked with a good continental selection and choice of hot drinks including breakfast tea.
