Hello, thank you for choosing our hotel to visit our beautiful city of Bordeaux. Please accept our apologies if we have not lived up to your expectations, but indeed in this early period we are experiencing significant hot and cold climate change. We are in cool air until the temperatures stabilize with the season. Your message and note are detractors for our staff who work all year round to satisfy all of our guests.
