Our 4th stay in a few years, we usually use it as a stop over or for a final day on our way back to the UK, Every stay has been perfect and this one was no different, Positives: - Parking - under the hotel, easy to find and the hotel validate so no cost (I think if it’s over 1 night then it’s €11). - Location - brilliant, a couple of minute walk to the main square which is lovely and has lots of options for drinking/dinning. - Bar - Modern, lots of seating, clean and decent selections (reasonably priced as well). The bar staff are always friendly and chatty. They also have games dotted about (cards etc) - Rooms - always seem a decent size, clean and modern. We had a privilege room this time, slightly bigger and mini fridge with complimentary drinks which was nice. Bed comfy and everything as expected. - Restaurant - Not a massive selection but enough for all I imagine. Didn’t have breakfast this time so can’t comment. Overall a lovely hotel in a nice little place.

This Hotel, Restaurant and Bar exudes hospitality and nothing is ever too much trouble as far as guest requests. There are some notable characters to meet when you visit such as Chaima in the bar, Clement in the restaurant and Avretie & Lorena in reception.

Stayed for one night and couldn’t fault the hotel. Easy to find with parking underneath the hotel in the basement. Hotel is a short walk from the main squares which were very pretty. Staff were very helpful and the rooms comfortable and quiet.

Stay in a Mercure hotel and you know you will get a comfortable room and a decent breakfast. But what really blew me away was how helpful all the staff were. Especially the cleaners, who happily gave us extra supplies of tea and milk. (We are English, and drink lots of tea!). I really appreciated how they did it all with a smile and a brief chat with our dog. Your receptionists were very happy to let me try out my French and when I got stuck took over in English! Thank you for providing dog bowls. It was a very thoughtful touch.

Great hotel - great for people traveling with kids or dogs - within short walking distance to historical Arras centre and the main square.
