The room is nice but a bit small. Clean and renovated with a nice environment. The restaurant is good with very nice food and options for all tastes. Very convenient underground parking space with very convenient location with walking distance from the centre ville and train station. Very good value for the money spent.

We have stayed here many times. The location is excellent for Paris, or the tunnel. Very reasonably priced. Great food and great staff. Had, a great meal tonight, Clement our server was very helpful and cheerful and appreciated my appalling French !!!. So want a great hotel with great staff and food well, you know where to go

Great proximity to train station and town centre

I picked the Mercure to stay at due to its proximity to the train station when I was travelling to Arras for 5 nights to undertake a tour of the WW1 battlefields. Location is ideal literally 2 minutes walk to train station, less 5 minutes walk to the town centre. Rooms are very comfortable, hotel restaurant is excellent and it has a nice bar area to have a drink in and relax.

Amazing stay! Impeccable service. Spacious rooms and very clean. Top notch customer service probably one of the best places we stayed in Europe! Breakfast was amazing. Parking onsite and when we had a problem with a room they were quick to act.

Another pleasant stay at the Mercure in Arras. There is paid underground parking conveniently located adjacent to the hotel. The city centre is an easy 5 minute walk away and is complimented by a range of restaurants and bars as well as the magnificent Beffroi d’Arras. Our room was comfortable and the food in the restaurant very decent. There is also a well stocked bar for those who require refreshment.
