I would like to clarify that I have no financial or other affiliations with Novotel hotels. With that established, I must express my admiration for this establishment. It offers a five-star experience at a four-star price. The hotel boasts an excellent location, featuring a spacious king-size bed for maximum comfort. It is conveniently close to quality supermarkets and a coffee shop, and only a two-minute walk from Metro Line 8. I had an exceptional experience with the reception staff. Mr. Simon and Mr. Ahmed stood out for their remarkable cooperation, impeccable ethics, genuine kindness, and impressive efficiency. Their dedication to outstanding service made my stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. They are true assets to the hotel and set a high standard for hospitality. Additionally, I wish to express my gratitude to Mr. Asaad and Mr. Ahmed from the maintenance department for their exceptional assistance in connecting my mobile device to the room's TV. My stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff is truly wonderful and accommodating. This is the only hotel I will be staying at in Paris in the future. The location is also perfect. Thank you for the great experience.

Came here last year and didn't have a pleasant stay. The rooms felt outdated and unclean with marks on the floor and open cables. Beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom light did not work either. Only plus is that it is next to a station and the reception staff were polite.

This Novotel was not equiped as a usual Novotel facility. In room for 3 we had only pillows for 2, I had to really beg for it on the reception, the blanket had holes, the iron I had to take myself on the reception against a deposit. the location was good, metro station 1 min walk, but the rest was really way below my expectation of a Novotel hotel

Adeline at reception was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. Rashida at the bar counter was amazing and very attentive. Spoke to my children with passion and again provided outstanding customer service. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We booked a Suite at this hotel. As we arrived we were greeted and checked in. Upon arrival in the room we noticed that this was defenitly not what we booked (through Accor Website). So we had to get down to the reception, where I asked what kind of room we were given. We were told it is a doubleroom and that the Suite was not available to to ongoing renovations. I was told to come back the next day in order to discuss with a Manager how this shall be handled. The next morning we were told we will only be charged the doubleroom. Upon check out I raised this issue again as the person at the desk gave us a total which seemed to high. We were told different an confusing numbers and that the local taxes are the reason of the price. I was again and again asked to get my card charged without giving/showing me the invoice beforehand. So when I finally received my invoice (after the card was charged) I had to notice that we were charged the full amount for the Suite, hence we only received a doubleroom. I stated this issue in writing right away with Accor and the hotel directly and even though reminders were sent, did not receive any feedback so far. Also we were at no time told that we were downgraded nor did we get any apology or compensation. Also the room we got was worn out, hairs in the shower, paint coming off and open cables This is totally unacceptable and shady. Therefore I cannot recommed staying here, poor service Level and a rip-off.
