Dear Mr. L., Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the service from our reception team. We’re sincerely sorry to read about your disappointment regarding the room setup and amenities. Please note that bottled water is not provided in our standard rooms, in line with Accor’s environmental commitment to eliminate single-use plastics. However, we do offer glass bottles in our superior categories, and filtered still and sparkling water dispensers are available for all our guests in the lobby, on the 5th floor, and on the 12th floor, along with reusable cups. Regarding the absence of a shower partition, after checking your booking, we confirm that you were allocated an accessible room for guests with reduced mobility, which explains this specific bathroom layout designed for wheelchair access. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding. Your comments are very helpful and allow us to continue improving our guests’ experience. Our reception team is sometimes required to be very versatile, handling several requests at the same time (including phone calls or internal guest requests) even when they might not appear to be directly assisting someone at the counter. Please rest assured that our team always does its best to meet each guest’s needs as efficiently as possible. However, depending on the level of activity, this can occasionally lead to some waiting time, and we are truly sorry if this was the case during your visit. Regarding the toiletries, we understand your disappointment. In France, items such as loofahs are not commonly provided in hotels, which may explain the confusion and inconvenience caused. That said, your feedback is invaluable and has been shared with our team for future consideration. Please also allow us to clarify that our superior rooms and suites are equipped with additional amenities including a vanity kit, shower cap, body lotion, and conditioner. These are not included in our standard rooms, which may have contributed to your impression.
