The location is far away from everywhere, in the beginning the reception said you have breakfast, but at the checkout they charge me for the breakfast. Room accessories issue like, there was no room flipper or washroom flippers, water bottle, coffee in the room.

挺干净的床品也很舒服但是办入住时间太慢排队很久，当天生意很好等房时间久可以理解但是感觉员工效率办事一般。房间没有水提供也没洗漱用品需要亲自下去拿。我不认为这个价位的酒店能不在房间提供这些东西。

整体还可以，特别是早餐还不错，前台服务也可以。但是房间有点简陋，空间小；卫生间空间大，但是浴室没有隔离，洗澡溅水。另外，没有免费的瓶装水，住了这么多次欧美的酒店，是第一次没有。房间没有玻璃杯或者瓷杯，是纸杯，显得低档。

We’re sincerely sorry to read about your disappointment regarding the room setup and amenities. Please note that bottled water is not provided in our standard rooms, in line with Accor’s environmental commitment to eliminate single-use plastics. However, we do offer glass bottles in our superior categories, and filtered still and sparkling water dispensers are available for all our guests in the lobby, on the 5th floor, and on the 12th floor, along with reusable cups. Regarding the absence of a shower partition, after checking your booking, we confirm that you were allocated an accessible room for guests with reduced mobility, which explains this specific bathroom layout designed for wheelchair access. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding. Your comments are very helpful and allow us to continue improving our guests’ experience. Reception is very inefficient letting people wait although enough receptionists are there. Rooms are ok but showing their age.
