Reception is very inefficient letting people wait although enough receptionists are there. Rooms are ok but showing their age.

Terrible! The receptions employs are the worst around the world This people did anything to help the costumers even through there is a law that hold the necessity of offering a receipt, for every service provided. I dont recomend.

Extremely poor service. Been to multiple hotels and this is one of the worst. Took the receipton 30 minutes to process 2 customers for check in. Was informed laundry only available on weekdays but they are not sure. Laundry form mentioned available until Saturday. When asked they are unsure and not putting effort to find out. Bad representation of Mercure brand.

The worst experience ever. Don’t even bother. Customer service was a 0! Being pregnant and having luggage they couldn’t even assist just looked at me and waited. No toiletries in the room I had to cancel dinner bc they couldn’t bring up a loofa etc I feel like IM in a hostel

Hotel located 15 min away from main train station, it was very easier to get to heart of Paris within 10-15 minutes , safe area to travel at night , hotel is busier than expected , busy breakfast , I personally didn’t like as it was busy and didn’t find the standard I expected , hotel catered for my purpose for thisntrip. I will definitely return if needed.
