Nest is located in La Defense, close to a major shopping Centre, a Metro Station, and of course the major architectural features of the area. A pleasant walk across the bridge are the boutique restaurants and shops of Neuilly. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, and our room was comfortable and clean. Central Paris is a few minutes away on the Metro. We will stay again.

Horrible! The breakfast and the people predisposition pf the hotel was terrible. I really do not recomend the hotel. Saturday night nobody was here to attend the restaurant or a bar. Always an excuse for the terrible service and nothing was finally delivered. We paid for a 5 star service and at the most it deserves 3.

Be assured that we will check with our team why there was nobody to help you in our bar. Do not hesitate to ask our reception team as well who can help our guests and provide the 5-star service we usually provide to all our guests everyday. They had been trying to reach me before my arrival to inform me that the hotel was overbooked but unfortunately they attempts were no where! So, at arrival I was directed to a good hotel nearby for first night and they did their best by offering me a complementary breakfast and two level room upgrade. I’d like to thank Mrs. Margaux and front office staffs, esp. Canelle and Valentine for their kind attention. It was a memorable stay and definitely I’ll choose this hotel for my next stay in Paris.

Very nice hotel for visiting the La Défense arena. Short walk to the metro M1 into central Paris. We walked to the Arena to see the Taylor Swift concert. We felt safe walking back at night. The Uber driver did have a challenge finding the hotel so be sure they know where they are dropping you off in the under ground area below the hotel. The cafe was closed on Sunday which was unfortunate but we had a very nice pizza and drink there when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty typical for this type of hotel. Be sure that it’s included in your room rate. Beds were very soft with pillow topper, bathrooms were clean and perfectly acceptable. I would recommend.

A remarkable decline in the quality of this establishment accompanying the successive changes in brand from Sofitel to NEST. In my opinion, this establishment can in no manner be considered as a 5 star hotel and suggesting that it is when booking is not only deceptive but very close to fraud. The entire place is run down and dirty. Never again.
