An aged hotel with average service.

Reception is very inefficient letting people wait although enough receptionists are there. Rooms are ok but showing their age.

Our reception team is sometimes required to be very versatile, handling several requests at the same time (including phone calls or internal guest requests) even when they might not appear to be directly assisting someone at the counter. Please rest assured that our team always does its best to meet each guest’s needs as efficiently as possible. However, depending on the level of activity, this can occasionally lead to some waiting time, and we are truly sorry if this was the case during your visit. Hotel zlokalizowany w bardzo przyjemnej, cichej i spokojnej okolicy. W pobliżu sklepy, kawiarenki, restauracje. 30 minut spacerem od La Defense Grande Arche. Bardzo szybki check-in. Pokój, zgodnie z moja prośbą, był przygotowany wcześniej ( ok. godz. 11.00). W holu bezpłatna lemoniada, woda. Możliwość zakupu napojów, kawy i przekąsek oraz wypożyczenia parasola (płatność kartą). Pokój standardowy: szafa, sejf, lodówka. Bardzo wygodne łóżka i poduszki :) Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Świetny rooftop bar z widokiem na wieżę Eiffla. Podstawowe kosmetyki, szuszarka, kawa, herbata, cukier. Minusy: pokój był zarezerwowany dla 3 osób, ale był przygotowany tylko dla dwóch (brak napojów, nieprzygotowane łóżko). Obsługa sprzątająca nie rozmawia po angielsku, nawet w bardzo podstawowym zakresie.

Regarding the room preparation, there must have been a miscommunication on our side, and we are sincerely sorry for this inconvenience. As your arrival was earlier than our usual check-in time of 2:00 pm, we had to reallocate your room so it would be available for you upon arrival. Unfortunately, this explains why the room was not yet fully prepared for three persons when you entered it. You are also correct that not all of our housekeeping staff members speak English. We do our best to assist our international guests, and our front desk team is always available to help with any request or translation needed. Once again, thank you for your valuable feedback. Terrible! The receptions employs are the worst around the world This people did anything to help the costumers even through there is a law that hold the necessity of offering a receipt, for every service provided. I dont recomend.

Extremely poor service. Been to multiple hotels and this is one of the worst. Took the receipton 30 minutes to process 2 customers for check in. Was informed laundry only available on weekdays but they are not sure. Laundry form mentioned available until Saturday. When asked they are unsure and not putting effort to find out. Bad representation of Mercure brand.

Waste of money!

The worst experience ever. Don’t even bother. Customer service was a 0! Being pregnant and having luggage they couldn’t even assist just looked at me and waited. No toiletries in the room I had to cancel dinner bc they couldn’t bring up a loofa etc I feel like IM in a hostel

These are not included in our standard rooms, which may have contributed to your impression.
