Dear Mr. T., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay. We are pleased to read that you appreciated the hotel’s location and the cleanliness of your room! We are sorry to read that you were not fully satisfied with the size of the hammam and the fitness area. Given the available space within the building, we are unfortunately limited in how much these facilities can be expanded. However, our fitness room does offer a pleasant view over Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, which many of our guests particularly appreciate. Dear Mr. F., Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sincerely sorry for the confusion you experienced upon arrival. The amount of the city tax is always clearly indicated and can be verified; it is not set at 50€ for a one-night stay. It seems there was a misunderstanding with the pre-authorisation, which is a temporary hold taken at check-in and only charged if additional expenses occur (such as restaurant charges). Please accept our apologies for this confusion. I am also very sorry for the issue you encountered with the heating. In such situations, we should be able to offer an alternative room or, when the hotel is fully booked, provide an additional heater. I regret that this was not properly handled during your stay.
