We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our prime location near the Duomo and the vibrant shopping and dining scene surrounding the hotel. It is also wonderful to know that our team, particularly Mr. Tawfik, provided you with warm and attentive service. We sincerely regret any inconvenience you experienced with parking. Please allow us to clarify that Garage Giglio is not one of our referenced parking providers, and the hotel does not charge €60 for parking. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will certainly explore ways to enhance our pre-arrival communication to ensure smoother parking arrangements for our guests. Regarding breakfast, we wish to clarify that the cost is €26 per person, with an exclusive rate of €19.50 per person for guests who reserve in advance. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you to our breakfast experience on a future visit. Once again, we are grateful for your kind words and for highlighting the hospitality of our team.
