We have stayed in Ibis hotels throughout France and in other countries. This is one of the worst experiences so far. The ‘restaurant’ doesn’t have a starters menu. The hotel bar closes at 11 even for residents. There is no hotel info in the room. The bar staff are quite rude. The coffee cup was chipped around the edge. We will not stay here again.

A nice hotel with a pleasant style, and most importantly, very helpful and friendly staff. Well located for the centre of Tours. A pleasure to stay here. We were only there one night but should have stayed longer

The hotel was excellent as were all the staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is just a short walk from Tours Centre. We have stayed at the nearby Novotel in the past but this Ibis was as good (in some respects better). The only drawback was NOT the fault of the hotel: the underground parking available nearby had no lift but only stairs to exit - impossible for us as my husband is a wheelchair user. Hard to believe that they have no lift in this day and age!

We where booked in this hotel by Rail Discoveries. Nice hotel good bar and food OK. The rooms are very small and the bathroom tiny. We stayed for three days. Breakfast was excellent. Would not want to stay longer due to the size of room and bathrooms.

This was a super cute hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. We were there during a heat wave and while it had air conditioning we were still a bit uncomfortable and were so grateful to be able to borrow fans from the front desk. It is a great location walking distance to the train station and many restaurants. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant had no vegan options so we had to leave the property to eat.
