Hotel jest już stary i wymaga remontu. Pokoje są małe a łazienki bardzo małe. Lokalizacja też niespecjalna. Cena była wysoka za taką jakość. Nie polecam.

Hotel czysty, personel miły, pokój skromny ale przytulny z ładnym widokiem z okna

Positives: reception staff helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast good. Bed comfy. Shower was nice. Late night kitchen staff cooked up food for me when I came back late. Good underground metro links and close to Zenith for gigs. Negatives; I booked a double but was in a 2 single bed room. Sheet had a blood stain on. I had the "sleeping" door hook on in the afternoon and a cleaning staff member knocked on. She didn't speak English but I think she told me that the sign was to be used for sleeping...no, it's to tell you not to disturb me! At the breakfast buffet I was eating with a plate on the table and a member of staff came over and gave me a tray and asked me to use it under my plate. Trays are for carrying food, I don't want to eat off one. Felt like a school kid. Imagine being in a restaurant and a waiter coming over telling to you eat from a school tray he had in his hand. Apart from the reception staff, the customer service is terrible, they don't talk to you with respect. Maybe it was because I'm British. Finally, you can hear through the walls very easily. O and there's no heating in the room. There's a control but does nothing. Luckily I had two duvets, even if one had blood on it. Won't be returning.

We stayed in this hotel and the reception staff were alright. A lady was rude but there was another guy who was helpful. The decor was average and the bed was ok. I wasn’t feeling well so I put the ‘Do not disturb’ sign up on the door, it was written in French but housekeeping staff kept knocking on the door every 15-30mins. It was frustrating, even when I showed them the sign so I ended up advising the staff at reception. They confirmed it does says do not disturb in French so my question is why did they keep disturbing me?

The main downside was the dark alley behind the hotel. You’ll need to walk 5 min in any direction to get to a metro, bus, store, cafe or other restaurants. The room was small but cozy and clean, the bed super comfortable. We wanted to try the coffee downstairs at the bar, which was bad and expensive and we had to stay on the hallway because they wouldn’t let us stay inside the hotel restaurant due to the breakfast time. I’ll come back because it was moderated cheap.
