Hello dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to share your review of your stay with us. We understand your problem, however, as we have already explained to you, you have booked a promotional, non-refundable and non-cancellable rate on Booking.com so we cannot refund you. Moreover, you requested a date change from 3/10/22 to 29/05/23 and exceptionally we granted it. Following your message on Booking.com, we have reserved a parking space for you in our underground car park at the rate of €10 per night so that your car is safe. You have not been able to park underground but you could have parked in our free outdoor car park which is monitored under video surveillance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition, as proposed on your arrival, it was quite possible to leave your luggage at the reception before going to park so that you came back from the car park without luggage. We are sorry that you were unable to stay in our hotel. We will welcome you with pleasure during a future stay if you wish. Cordially, The Direction

Dir Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a comprehensive review. We are happy that you are satisfied with the work of all the staff. Unfortunately the first room you were assigned smelled of cigarette smoke and we are very sorry about that. My colleague at the reception was therefore able to accommodate you in a room for people with reduced mobility. It is a larger room but does not have a bathroom door. We hope you had a pleasant stay.
