Loved this hotel. Room was beautiful, quite comfortable and quiet. There 2 nice restaurants on-site - both a good. There is also a bar that made an excellent martini. Staff and service were perfect. Location is 5 mins walk to the tram, which offers quick (and free) transport to most of the city. I would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in Luxembourg.

Quiet, comfortable room in a nicely upgraded hotel. I would say that this is really a business hotel more than a tourist hotel. And, you're a few miles away from the main tourist area. However, I have no complaints about this hotel. The staff was helpful and it's about a 10-minute free and direct tram ride to downtown. And the trams come about every 4 minutes. Breakfast was good and parking ($19 Euro/night) was convenient.

room was large and comfortable, staff friendly, only issue I experienced was having to wait for more than 10 minutes to check out, there was only 1 person in front of me but he was taking 10 minutes plus to check out, it was peak check-out time 11.30 to 12.00 standard check-out time so would be good if a second staff member would have been available to deal with check-outs, there was an error in the in-room billing displayed on my room tv so I wanted to check this and receive a copy of my bill and not do the instant check-out which is also available, I will return to stay in the hotel again next week

This hotel was flawless. It is perfectly located near restaurants, offices and the (free!) tram. The staff on reception were slick, professional and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully kept, and the room was amazing; it was spacious, had great tea/coffee facilities (although unfortunately no milk/creamer), stunning bathroom and the best shower ever. The hotel breakfast was the best I’ve had in a long time, and the dinner in the Luxembourgish restaurant was incredible and the staff were amazing. The only flaw with this hotel is that the bed is so comfy you will find it impossible to get up in the morning and will inevitable be late to work… 😊
