Absolutely fantastic. From the quality of the rooms, to staff service, to location, to breakfast, it was all GREAT!! Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return here again myself. Immediately upon check out we were already planning our return.

I booked this on Accor site direct for E850 for a 2 night stay. Fortunately we were staying at another Accor hotel the previous night to our intended arrival. Because of this I was on the Accor app, and saw my reservation in Venice was missing. Going into "previous reservations" showed this as cancelled. This was despite it being a confirmed non refundable booking. There was no other advice from the hotel (email or otherwise). I called the hotel and was told they did not have a booking under my name and did not recognise the Accor booking reference. They were very abrupt about this , no apology wa offered. As I had discovered this 24 hours before our intended arrival I was able to go to booking.com and book another hotel. I was really annoyed to see the room I'd originally booked was on sale for E50 more. This is shocking, the hotel had cancelled a firm confirmed booking so they could resell the room. I am a frequent traveller and have used Accor a lot, but will not be doing so from now on.

Dear Bob M We are deeply sorry for what happened with your reservation; please note that none of our staff cannot in any way cancel bookings with a linked payment, it is technically impossible to do it. The reservation was refused automatically by the system with the reason “The provided Payment Method has failed authentication” and the cancellation came to us after 30 minutes, because of issues with the payment. We are not used to cancel bookings to resell rooms, it is something totally far away from our policy and professional behavior. Sometimes it happens to get problems with payments due to credit card circuits, but when the client contact us, we always make a second attempt with the card and reinstate the room at the same conditions and prices booked. Our staff is well trained to manage this kind of situations, so we sincerely apologize if someone of our staff did not have the right attitude. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem with the personal involved and prevent future occurrence. Excellent hotel, very convenient for the train and drop off from the airport and great for seeing Venice. All the staff were so friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The room was great, spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was first rate, one of the best I've had. There is no outdoor space, but the hotel is right next to a park. Overall, we would recommend and choose again next time we are in Venice.

One of the most beautiful hotels (MGallary hotels) we have been to. Staff are lovely and very attentive. The hotel is located in a lovely area and easily can get on the water bus or for special occasion order the water taxi right in front of the hotel to pick you up. We had breakfast booked in so every morning we had our breakfast in the dining area which was gorgeous and waiting staff were just the best I have experienced after traveling half the world. They all had a smile on their face and were ready to take care of whatever they could help you with. The rooms were absolutely beautiful , we had the third floor and had the big balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel is a proper traditional Italian furniture. If you are into modern decor or furniture this hotel is not for you. Everything in the hotel is top notch, all in perfect condition. We had a great time in March.

Just the most fabulous hotel ever , nothing too much bother , staff absolutely first rate , friendly, helpful, understanding. Room was stunning, bar staff fabulous, breakfast food and staff equally wonderful, ate in the restaurant for my husbands 65th birthday, stunning food and service, assisted by the wonderful Ilia and his team , this was a very special experience for us both , skipped the gondola for a water taxi to StMarks kindly booked by reception, thank you everyone x
