Eu sou cliente fiel, mas esse hotel foi uma decepção, ambiente sujo, atendimento ruim, não recebi nem o que tenho direito pela minha classificação Accor. O quarto extremamente quente, tive que ficar de janela aberta o tempo todo.

Dear Mr. B. J., I am truly sorry to read about your experience and to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations, especially as a loyal Accor guest. This is certainly not the impression we want to leave, and I sincerely regret the discomfort you encountered. I am particularly concerned by your comments regarding cleanliness and room temperature. Please rest assured that your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams, as these aspects are fundamental to our standards and must be addressed immediately. Regarding your ALL membership benefits, I would like to clarify that the welcome drink associated with your status can be directly accessed and downloaded via the Accor app. I am sorry if this was not clear during your stay and that you were unable to take advantage of it. Concerning the room upgrade, while it is not an automatic benefit of your current status, I would like to underline that, whenever availability allows and the hotel is not fully booked, we are always pleased to offer complimentary upgrades as a gesture of goodwill. I regret that on this occasion we were not able to do so. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and I truly hope you will give us another opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel and in the Mercure brand.
