My reviews are intended to focus on some details I most frequently search for in TA reviews and are sometimes hard to come by: Breakfast details - Hot options: eggs, meat choices in very small quantities (ham, sausages, meatballs), and omelets made to order (not advertised so now you know 😊), baked beans - Cold options: fresh cut fruit mix, yogurts, cereals, plenty of breads with appropriate condiments, cold cut meats/cheeses; - Coffee drinks: variety of made-to-order espresso based drinks; non-dairy milk option available Shower - overhead rain and handheld shower head; awesome water pressure (so good the overhead rain shower could actually rinse out my thick hair)

This hotel is very centrally located to the train station, buses, and the trams. The hotel is nicely updated with modern furnishings. The rooms are comfortable. My window did open, but it wasn’t necessary. Breakfast is a large spread of everything you could want.

Stay somewhere else.

The customer service of this hotel is non-existent. I arrived early and asked if it was possible to check in. The answer was 'No' 'No, I am sorry we were fully booked last night' 'No, I am sorry the rooms are not ready yet' 'Yes but you will need to pay extra' Those were the answers I expected instead of one word 'No' without a smile or an apology, even a fake one. This was evident from other interactions as well as there was never a smile or hello when passing by the reception. At check-out, I was asked to pay for breakfast when I didn't have any. The property itself is very dated even though the rooms are good size and clean. Location is perfect as its a few minutes walk from the train station and the main shopping street of the city - but the same is true for plenty of other hotels, like the Premier Inn next door which is cheaper. I wouldn't stay here again and I do not recommend it.

Visit in March 2023. From outside hotel looks,as little bit old, but room which I had was quite new and very comfortable. Main issue was parking place, which I did not reserve in advance and place was not available. You can find some available place close to the hotel, but it is on zone, which you need to leave to early. Benefit was, that reception lady gave me proposal for different parking, which is not under hotel and it is not part of hotel. Wifi without trouble, dinner and beer were very good. Minibar on room was available. Breakfast was very comfortable. If I will go there next time, I will choose this hotel.

We stayed 1 night with Family and it was a good experience. Location is perfect, just 5mn walk from downtown and 10mn drive to highways. The hotel has a secured parking for 18€/night. The rooms are very nice for the price and especially the family one (Provilege) where you will find lot of drings and food. Great point ! The Bar and restaurant are very tiny but the locals are very nice and ready for help in any case. The breakfast is very standard and could be, in 2023, litlle better with some Pancakes or hot meals in addition to the ones proposed. In short, a very good deal for a break but not for a 2/3 nights sstay.
