We arrived at 10am, there was no availability for early check-in which is fair enough however check-in is 3pm and room is still not ready and the receptionist attitude is a casual shrug of the shoulders. Extremely poor customer service.

I really enjoyed this hotel, from the moment we arrived. Alix, at the front desk, took very good care of us. We arrived early so had a light lunch at the bar with wine. Our room was ready early and before we finished lunch. We took the nicely sized elevator to our room and the bed made me want to take a nap! It was wider than an American king sized bed. Linens were impeccable and it was oh so comfy. Shower was delightful. Decor gorgeous. Had a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning and were given friendly service. I thought it was an exceptional stay. I'd have gladly stayed another night, but we were on a schedule. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked this hotel based upon the reviews, and we certainly had a pleasant experience. It is just down the road from the palace - about a 5 minute walk to the palace gates. The hotel itself has a wonderful lobby. The rooms (we had balcony rooms) were typically small but very comfortable. Breakfast options were a 37€ buffet in the hotel dining room and a smaller light breakfast served at the hotel bar. At first, we did not want to go for the breakfast buffet, but then we saw what was offered. Magnificent choices of everything imaginable. The entire staff of the hotel was friendly and extremely helpful. The consierge(s) made dinner recommendations and reservations for us each night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. I upgraded to a king room and it was really nice - as pictured. The location is perfect and walking distance to all attractions.

- Excellent location, about 5 minutes walk to the Rive Gauche Versailles train station and less than 10 minutes straight down the street to Versailles. You can see it from the hotel. Safe area and restaurants near by. - Next door is a small bakery cafe where you can get a coffee and pastry for breakfast or a sandwich for lunch - Room was very spacious and comfortable with a separate room for the toilet. Clarins bath products and lotion. Padded slippers and robe. Nespresso maker and teas, refrigerator with two Evians. Sofa and desk/chair. - Nice gym with Hamman steam room, sauna and relaxation padded chairs - free - Breakfast buffet was about 30 Euros per person - The gentlemen at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and nice. Beautiful hotel with an excellent location and staff.
