호텔 전체적인 느낌이나 방에 컨디션은 매우 깔끔하고 정돈 된 느낌이어서 좋았습니다. 로비 데스크 직원분께서 굉장히 친절하셔서 좋았어요 엘레베이터 이용도 굉장히 수월 했습니다 주차장까지 연결 된 이동 경로도 좋았구요 다만 숙박비에 비해 룸의 크기가 크지 않았어요 약간의 불편함은 있었습니다 하지만 전반적인 경험은 매우 좋았고 다음에도 다시 방문 할 수 있을 것 같습니다 감사합니다

My husband and I booked two nights at this hotel and had a lovely stay. When we first checked in the room did not have electrical outlet that worked on the side of the bed for my husband‘s breathing equipment, and they kindly moved us to a room that was perfect. The facilities are very nice in the hotel and we enjoyed sitting by the rooftop pool, and breakfast each morning in the restaurant on the rooftop overlooking the city and pool. We had dinner one night as well in the restaurant and everything was delicious. The service in the restaurant I could not speak highly enough about. They bent over backward to assist. Best cappuccinos I’ve ever had !!!

As a Platinum Club Accor Member this was my first visit to the Pullman in Montpellier. Having stayed in a Pullman in Paris and London this was such a pleasure here, recently refurbished. A special mention to Michael at Reception this evening who was a delight. So kind and welcoming, making our stay extra special. Nothing was too much to ask. A commendation well deserved. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I can highly recommend it here. A real treat!

Great property - if arriving by train just walk by the tram line much easier

Wonderful property connected to the shopping mall. Lovely staff, good breakfast and nice bar. Very happy with the stay I made an error with my reservation and booked December instead of November and Elizabeth handled things including getting me my next room at the Mercure. Great property. TIP - if arriving by train and walking just follow the tram line instead of going down the street level, much easier.

Positives: Modern hotel adjacent to a large indoor mall, convenient for Uber and taxi pickup and drop off, clean room, good air conditioning, and nice welcome gift. Negatives: Just like the previous reviewer, my deluxe suite did NOT look like the photos on the Hotel website. The small round breakfast/dining table was missing and one of the bathrooms was actually handicapped accessible with poor water pressure. The deluxe suite was more spacious than a regular room but was not luxurious. Also, the surrounding area was very quiet and deserted at night so I was a little apprehensive walking back from Old Town after dark.
