Dear, Thank you very much for taking the time for the review. We are glad that you appreciated our cozy bar and comfortable beds, as well as additional amenities for relaxation. Our team strives to create a pleasant atmosphere for every guest. Unfortunately, you were disappointed by some aspects of your stay at our hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the front door, unfortunately we had to rely on an external company to get the front door repaired. Regarding the cold room and noise pollution, this should indeed not have happened, we would like to inform you that we have a 24/7 reception and that we are always available to solve this for you Regarding changes in payment from March 1st we no longer accept cash payments in our hotel due to employee safety, we understand that you have experienced this as unpleasant and therefore we would like to ask you to send us a confirmation of the amount of money you had to exchange you may e-mail this to cu… We apologise again and look forward to your response.
