We apologize for the issues you experienced during check-in. Please note that we do offer physical key cards as well as the digital option, and this is clearly explained at the kiosk. Guests are welcome to use either option. We’re very sorry about the mattress cover shifting. Could you let us know which room you stayed in? This will help us address the issue more effectively. Regarding noise from adjacent rooms, our reception is available 24/7, so please don’t hesitate to inform us during your stay – we are always happy to find a suitable solution immediately. Concerning the umbrellas, these are provided by an external company and unfortunately we have no control over their pricing.
